Chef Dan Reilly had an established career at the Union League, a 151 year-old private club where he served dignitaries from all over the world including four US Presidents. He has received numerous awards including an honor by the French Society of Chefs and the American Culinary Federation Chef of the Year for the Philadelphia region.
